Produced at Harry J's Studio, this under-recorded DJ busted forth to make a great LP. Harry J created digital riddims that still held the organic warmth of classic dub and Jah Screw takes full advantage of them. He wraps his rough vocals around the classic Boops riddim on "Cry" (Track 3). He then takes on the badge of Ganja man on "Herb Base Function" (Track 1) where the delay runs wild on the riddim while he holds it down to perfection. On "Trash And Ready" (Track 2) Jah Screw puts his fangs into a wicked cut of the Answer riddim. |
